Our Team

Michael Carnuccio, PT DPT

Michael is a native of West Chester, Pennsylvania. At an early age, he began to enjoy and prioritize health and fitness in his own life. His interest in physical therapy began when he went to PT after breaking multiple fingers in his left hand at the age of 11 due to a silly prank.

Michael graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.

Michael received his CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) as a senior at Penn State and enjoys using his resources through the ACSM to recommend a variety of interventions and exercises. He likes being part of a team who can collaborate and share ideas encouraging each other to keep learning. He wants every patient to feel cared for and prioritized through his/her program.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching scary movies with his wife, taking his French Bulldog on walks, mountain-biking, and of course cheering on the Eagles, Sixers, Phillies and Flyers.

Nathan Candelaria, PT, DPT, ART

Nathan received his B.S. degree in Exercise Science from West Chester University in 2016, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021 from Neumann University. As a student at West Chester University, Nathan worked alongside strength and conditioning coaches for the men’s soccer team where he developed his passion for strength, power, and recovery. Nathan enjoys working with athletes of all ages and levels, and sees all individuals as athletes themselves, regardless of age and abilities. Nathan is full-body certified in Active Release Technique, which is a hands-on therapy technique for soft tissue management which can help reduce pain and facilitate recovery. Nathan is fluent in Spanish and loves the Latino culture of food and Salsa music. He also enjoys CrossFit, Jiu Jitsu, playing basketball, road cycling, and spending time with his wife and kids.

With over 10 years of experience, she is an expert in patient care, making sure all of our patients' needs are met before, during, and after each treatment from scheduling appointments to insurance verification and precertification. She is the first face you see walking into our clinic, welcoming you with a warm smile. She currently lives in Downingtown, PA with her two dogs. In her free time, she likes to work out, walk her dogs, and try out new restaurants and music venues.

Christian Garrett,
Physical Therapist Aide

Christian has been with Restorative since October 2023. He was born with cerebellar ataxia, a disorder that affects your balance and coordination by damaging your cerebellum, the part of your brain that controls muscle movements. Christian understands the importance of helping people feel better physically and helping people work toward their goals. He finds extreme happiness working with an awesome team of therapists at Restorative. He wakes up excited to go to work every day. Christian has experience working as a rehab aide in a long-term care facility and enjoys interacting with staff and patients.

Christian is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys riding his recumbent bike in his spare time. His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who gives me the strength.”

Enzo, Social Ambassador

Woof! Enzo is Restorative’s Social Ambassador! He is a four-year-old Brindle French Bulldog Woof whose mission is to bring pawsitivity to the office and to each patient that he greets with a friendly, slobbery kiss.

You can catch him sunbathing in the sunshine rays that come through the office windows when he is not getting mounds of attention from patients waiting to be called back by their PTs to begin their appointment. His favorite treats are sweet potatoes and watermelon!
